Who we are
Ironclad Enterprises LLC, a veteran-owned web and AI studio in Jacksonville, Florida.
What we collect
What you send through the contact form or email (name, email, phone, project details), messages you type into the chat assistant, and standard analytics data (pages visited, device, browser, approximate location) via Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Chat assistant
Messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. We do not store chat transcripts, and OpenAI does not use them to train its models. OpenAI may keep them for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. Please don’t enter passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Bot protection
The chat assistant uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors apart from bots. To do that, Turnstile processes basic browser information and your IP address. It does not use cookies to track you across sites.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare proposals, run and secure the site, and understand which pages are useful. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure traffic. You can block them in your browser settings.
Retention
Contact inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for business records, then deleted.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it.
Changes
We’ll post updates on this page with a new date.
